IMPORTANT NOTICE FROM THE KIRK CENTRE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

At Kirk Centre, we’re committed to providing accessible and reasonably priced rates to our Partner Tenants and the community.

In order to keep up with drastically rising business and utility costs in Alberta and to continue providing you with the best possible services, and upkeep of the building and grounds the Kirk Centre Board of Directors passed a motion and will be increasing our rates on November 1st 2023.

The rate increase will be based on the most recent data for the CPI (Consumer Price Index) for Alberta found here: https://economicdashboard.alberta.ca/dashboard/consumer-price-index/#:~:text=Analysis,same%20month%20a%20year%20ago.​
