In this third class in a series of four,  Chef Madan will teach you how to prepare Vegetable Samosa, Assorted Pakora with Coriander Chutney and Masala Chai. Students have the opportunity to be hands on in making these delicious dishes. They also get to take home the recipe and some of the food that was made that evening.
